Returns & Refund Policy

At Heerkanis, operated by Prosperia Ventures LLP, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product meets our quality standards. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and tags intact.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered:

  • Perishable food products.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as non-returnable.

1.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable).
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will arrange the return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges, where applicable.

For returns due to any other eligible reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

The returned product must satisfy all return eligibility requirements.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

2.3 Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted if:

  • The product is returned without its original packaging.
  • The item is returned in a condition different from how it was delivered.
  • Any accessories or complimentary items are missing.

2.4 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Return requests made after the prescribed return period.
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products that do not meet the return eligibility conditions.

3. Exchanges

Currently, Heerkanis does not offer direct product exchanges.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs of:
    • The product.
    • The outer packaging.
    • The shipping label.
  • After verification, we will offer either:
    • A replacement (subject to availability), or
    • A full refund, based on your preference and product availability.

5. Order Cancellation

5.1 Customer Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5.2 Cancellation by Heerkanis

Prosperia Ventures LLP reserves the right to cancel any order due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Pricing or technical errors.
  • Payment verification issues.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Any unforeseen operational circumstances.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
